Non-Traditional Therapy for All Ages in Melbourne

Non-Traditional Therapy for All Ages in Melbourne

A different kind of therapy. Where you feel safe to just be yourself.

Offering alternative ways to bridge the Gap.

Mindbridge Psychology is a Melbourne-based psychology practice specialising in creative, play-based, and experiential therapies that go beyond the standard talking session.

We work with children, teenagers, and adults using play, video games, Lego, and art assisted approaches. Modalities that meet clients where they are, not where a textbook says they should be.

All sessions are delivered by registered psychologists and allied health professionals, available in-person and online.

Evidence-Based

Every method we use is grounded in clinical research. We’ve found what the science says actually works for people who struggle with conventional approaches.

Non-Traditional

Therapy doesn’t have to mean sitting in a chair talking about your feelings. We use video games, art, LEGO, and play as real therapeutic tools. Healing looks different for everyone.

For Teens & Adults Alike

From teenagers navigating social anxiety to adults seeking a different approach. Our therapists meet every client where they are, with methods designed around who you actually are.

Why Choose us?

Our goal is to create therapy that feels engaging, accessible and genuinely supportive for children, teenagers and adults alike.

Who We Help

Mindbridge works with clients across all ages and a wide range of presentations.

A significant part of our practice is supporting neurodivergent children and teenagers — those with ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, or profiles that don’t fit neatly into a category.

We also work regularly with socially anxious young people, children who’ve experienced trauma, adults navigating anxiety and depression, and families trying to find the right support for a child who’s struggling.
